This experience is a must while visiting Puglia
The experience was well organized from start to finish. The masseria was easy to locate and in the heart of Puglia. Gave us a real sense of the region. On the farm visiting the animals and the vegetable garden added to the sense that we were really experiencing the real farm to plate experience. The cheese making was fun to watch and participate in. The chef was patient in teaching us to make pasta and the overal tasting lunch at the end was delicious. Everyone was very friendly and Marco organized the whole experience really well.

Marco showed us the Massaría and explained us the history.
We enjoyed a lot to see how the chefs make fresh mozzarella and burrata. We even had the chance to try to make the knot of the mozzarella.
Afterwords we could try some fresh mozzarella and burrata.
After that we had the workshop of how to make Orecchiette. It was so nice to make pasta!!
I would really recommend this tour, as this is something else then just going to the beach everyday.
It´s an experience to get to know the culture of Puglia.
