We have done the pasta making and dairy tour with Terra Che Vive. We had a blast! Marco is a great tour guide, who speaks English and translates everything you need. It was really fun to see how the various cheeses are made and to even practice it on your own. The pasta making class was interesting and we have had a tour of the Masseria afterwards as well. We would definitely recommend to do this tour with Terra Che Vive, if you are looking for a fun activity.
We had such a great time at the dairy farm with Marco! We had a thorough historical overview, and then made fresh cheese with Antonio and then we got an amazing pasta making class with Chef Domenico! We ate the pasta yesterday and they were delicious ☺ Big plus: we were allowed to have a swim in the pool and then got a massive degustazione ! It was my boyfriend’s birthday and Marco had bought candles to have them on our tiramisu 🥰 Super thoughtful, kind, interesting and funnny! I advise this tour to anyone – thanks again Marco!

Amazing experience! Beautiful masseria, we saw the whole production process of their fresh cheeses and were able to taste fresh burratas straight from the cheesemaker. Tour of the farm and the animals was amazing too. Pasta class was fun and easy, and the tasting was wonderful. A LOT of food if you take the lunch.
