The experience

Learn how to prepare local recipes with seasonal garden products

Take part in our cookery course to learn how to make delicious Apulian vegetarian dishes. Together we will buy seasonal garden products directly from typical local fruit and vegetable markets.
Then we will move to a traditional location where an expert cook will show you how to make fresh pasta and to combine it with the vegetarian products previously bought.
The making class ends with the tasting of what you have prepared during the class, all served with a good Apulian wine.

  • at home: our cooks will come directly to the accommodation where you are staying with everything you need to enjoy an unforgettable experience.

Some of the dishes which will be prepared

During the cooking lesson, an expert cook will teach you the recipe to make Apulian fresh pasta, which will be served with seasonal garden products previously bought.
You will find below a selection of some of the dishes you will make:

  • burrata topped with fresh tomatoes, basil and extra virgin olive oil;
  • seasonal vegetable frittata (omelette);
  • handmade orecchiette with slow baked tomatoes, garlic, capers, basil and fresh cacioricotta;
  • local focaccia.

A side dish and a dessert will complete the menu.
The Apulian wines selected to be served with the dishes are:

  • sparkling white wine, from Fiano Minutolo grapes;
  • red wine, from Negroamaro grapes.
