A nice and experienced Apulian grandmother will teach you how to make fresh hand-made pasta served with tomato sauce and meatballs: a pure delight! We will start the cooking class preparing the meatballs and the tomato sauce, deriving from fresh tomatoes harvested from the garden of the farm that hosts the experience.
While the delicious sauce is cooking on a low flame tickling your sense of smell, the experienced hands of the grandmother will show you how to knead flour and water to obtain different pasta shapes, such as the famous orecchiette, macaroni and the delicious “sagne n’cannulate”.
Soon after the preparation, you will taste the typical Apulian meal served with a glass of good local wine. Enjoy your meal!
