Get your hands in the dough!

After enjoying a succulent aperitif with typical Apulian products, including wine and extra virgin olive oil, we will begin our cooking class.
Depending on the menu of the day, which is constantly being changed according to the seasonality of raw materials, we will learn how to prepare traditional Apulian pasta shapes: orecchiette, sagne ncannulate, gnocchi, ciciri e tria.
The pasta will then be used to prepare a vegetarian recipe, which will then be served with a local wine.
The cooking course also includes the preparation of a traditional Apulian dessert that will be enjoyed together with an homemade spirit.
In accordance with the authentic local tradition, at the end of the experience, leftover food will be packed up and guests will be able to take it away with them.

The course is hosted on the panoramic terrace of an ancient residence located in the old town of Otranto, one of the most beautiful small towns in Puglia.
The residence is located in the city’s most evocative spot, in via Bastione dei Pelasgi. In fact, this street is situated on top of one of the mighty defensive walls surrounding the old town of Otranto. This tract of city wall stands right on the sea.
The terrace therefore directly overlooks the Adriatic Sea, offering a breathtaking view to its guests.
