Martina Franca is located in the southern part of the Murge plateau. This part of the territory is called Valle D’Itria: a suggestive set of typical villages, green hills, Mediterranean scrub, olive groves and vineyards.
Martina Franca is a very popular tourist destination thanks to the baroque architectural style of its large historic center. In fact, exploring its typical and narrow streets, you can admire the Baroque style of its noble palaces, its numerous churches and the imposing basilica.
Religion, art and history are constitutive elements of this beautiful Apulian village.

The tasting of typical Apulian products

The selected wines are produced by local companies using native vines. The gastronomic specialties were also chosen on the basis of quality and proximity criteria.

The tasting is as follows:

• 3 local wines: a white, a rosé and a red;
• Baked taralli;
• Local olive;
• Focaccia (flat bread) with tomato cooked in a wood oven;
• Capocollo Dop of Martina Franca;
• Salami;
• Traditional Caciocavallo;
• Matured cow or pecorino cheese (based on preferences).

Depending on the time of year, the tasting will be hosted in the internal room or outside the wine shop.
