Our local experts will take you in a charming location in the green heart of Puglia, where you can admire the landscape full with iconic trulli, muretti a secco (dry stone walls), vineyards and cultivated fields.
In this oasis of peace and quiet you can taste a lunch consisting in dishes of the ancient Apulian rural tradition. All ingredients are cultivated and processed in the farmhouse, none of them is bought outside this very short chain. You will eat here what is produced in the farm, in respect of the seasonality of the products. All here talks about Apulian rural authenticity, which is a heritage for all of us. From the farm to your plate

This experience offers you the opportunity to taste a traditional Apulian lunch cooked with ingredients grown at or derived from the farm.
The farm holiday preserves in fact within its ancient stone walls:

  • the cheese factory, where every day the fresh milk, milked by the cattle bred at the farm, is transformed into fresh cheeses such as mozzarella, burrata, caciocavallo and ricotta;
  • the organic vegetable garden, the green heart of the farm in which all products used to make a typical Apulian menu are cultivated and harvested: salad, tomatoes, zucchini, eggplants, potatoes, turnips and many other products;
  • the cattle and pig breeding, whose meat and milk are produced respecting the animals mobility and healthy nutrition.

All of this is definitely a synonym with authenticity!

Your Apulian lunch

The menu is composed by typical Apulian rural dishes, synonym with seasonal and authentic ingredients. The dishes may vary according to the availability of the offered by the organic vegetable garden. Below is an example of the courses:

Starters (some of the courses):

  • Cold cuts;
  • Seasoned cheeses;
  • Fresh cheeses;
  • Fried meatballs;
  • Broad beans purée served with vegetables (chicory, cornaletti, peppers);
  • Batter fried vegetables;
  • Oven-baked scamorzine with bacon.

A seasonal first course (below there is a list of possible courses):

  • Orecchiette with tomato sauce served with rocket and cacioricotta;
  • Fruscelli with zucchini, speck and basil sauce.

A second course with side dish (below there is a list of possible courses):

  • Mixed grilled meat platter;
  • Barbecued piglet.

Seasonal dessert

Beverages:

  • Water and a glass of wine per person (other beverages are considered off menu, therefore they have to be paid separately at the end of the meal at the facility).
