Authentic wine tasting in Apulia

Right at the point where Salento begins, which is a large geographical area further south of the Apulia region, we find an ancient farm that dates back to the early 19th century. This small family business fully expresses the enogastronomic vocation of a territory that has its authentic identity in peasant traditions.
Not only grapevines, but also almonds, olives and wheat to complete the list of cultivated and protected varieties on more than 300 hectares of the property.
A company that has chosen the path of clean energy is managed exclusively by women who, from generation to generation, do not cease to passionately defend a story that has not yet been told.

Stages of a guided tour

We will begin our visit in the heart of wine production: here, in a building entirely made of tuff (Salento limestone) and under the characteristic vaults, the wines find ideal conditions to maintain their organoleptic properties.
We will continue our tour, moving to a charming orchard where the fruits of the bountiful land of Apulia are born.
Then, before arriving at the vineyard, to stroll leisurely among the rows of vines, we will discover a vegetable garden grown using organic farming methods, thus fully respecting the natural seasonality of the products.
Finally, we will stop at the tasting room, where we will taste three of the most representative wines in the cellar accompanied with an aperitif full of typical Apulian products.
