Harvest is an ancient peasant ritual full of charm that has been repeated for centuries in Apulia. The numerous vineyards that spread across Puglia are faithful witnesses to the hard work of humans to harvest their precious fruits.
It is expected with great concern, because the harvest is a synthesis of all the work done during the year. Will it be a good year? How much wine will be produced? These are the most common questions farmers and producers ask themselves in the months leading up to the harvest.
The harvest consists of moments that smell of ripe grapes and earth, warmed by the August sun.
We also want you to be able to participate in this magical atmosphere and experience the splendor of our wonderful Apulian land by picking grapes among the rows of vines.

Tour phases

The experience involves sharing the different moments of the harvest: from the grape harvest, to the conferment, and then concludes with the tasting of the organic wine produced by the company that hosts the experience.
During the day you will discover how wine is produced with the organic method, you will visit and get to know the different phases and places of the wine-growing campaign up close.

The experience is structured as follows:

1. introduction to the territory: where we are, among ancient trulli and green vineyards;
2. harvested in the vineyard by hand directly from the rows;
3. transfer of the harvested grapes to the company;
4. organic wine production: comparison between the techniques of the present and the winemaking tradition of the past, from harvesting to transformation;
5. visit to the wine aging and bottling room;
6. the final tasting.

The most characterizing moment of this unforgettable experience is the harvest: in fact, guests will have the opportunity to try their hand at a manual grape harvesting technique. In this delicate phase the guests will be followed by specialized technical staff.
Additionally the experience will be delighted by an aperitif served in the winery, as a moment of sharing and relaxation between the different stages of the tour.
