Our Organic wine tasting experience in Ostuni will bring you into the heart of Apulia: the wonderful Valle d’Itria. You will step into a winery handed down for 5 generations surrounded by charming vineyards, characteristic trulli and iconic dry-stone walls.
The experience includes a walk through the rows of vines; the generous land nourishing the organically cultivated Apulian vineyards will be straight under your feet.
You will visit a real cellar and learn about the production stages necessary to make worldwide appreciated wine from our grapes.
While comfortably sitting in the wine cellar, in the rustic atmosphere created by local stone walls, a tasting of 4 different organic wines (red, white, rosé) will take place at the end of the tour.

Wine knowledge over 5 generations

Immersed in the greenery of Valle d’Itria, not far from Ostuni, Martina Franca, Locorotondo and Cisternino, fine wines are made in a small winery over 5 generations.
From 2001 grapes grow organically with any addition of fertilizers or chemical additives. Wine quality is naturally enhanced by the characteristic karst soil rich in clay, silt and sand.
In the wine farm in Ostuni, hosting our Apulian organic wine tasting experience, are produced: sparkling and sweet white wine, rosé and red wine, “Susumaniello” varietal wine.
