The guided tour

The visit will give you an all-round cognitive experience: we will tell you about the history of the company, the wine production process and the winemaking techniques employed respecting the environment and the territory.
The museum hosts a large collection of ancient agricultural tools and a rich selection of photographs, thanks to which it is possible to discover the differences between ancient production methods and modern winemaking techniques.

The making class

The cooking class will be led by the chef.
You will have your own working station and all the necessary ingredients to prepare the dough. You will learn the dosage and techniques for kneading the dough and how the different Apulian fresh pasta shapes are made from it.
