3. Brunch with a sommelier: it takes place in the modern winery. It includes: 3 different wine selections, friselline garnished with cherry tomatoes, ripened cheeses with jams, a selection of cold cuts, baked products, a typical first course from Salento, water.
   Thanks to the presence of the sommelier at the table, guests will be able to learn interesting details and anecdotes about the winery and Apulian wines in general.
