Trekking in the Riggio Ravine in Puglia

The Riggio Ravine, located in the countryside bordering Grottaglie, is part of the Terra delle Gravine Regional Nature Park, which extends for many kilometres, creating a unique ecological and beautiful environment. Fossils from the Pleistocene and Palaeolithic periods have been found here. In addition, the caves were also inhabited during the Middle Ages.
