Are you looking for a cooking course to take in the beautiful city of Lecce? You are in the right place! You just need to contact us and book this gastronomic experience which will make you learn typical Apulian recipes and have fun with local people.
The cooking class focuses on the preparation of the most representative main dishes of the Salento culinary tradition. Together with a local chef, you will make typical Apulian pasta shapes and their sauces. Orecchiette with “pomodori scattariciati” (smashed tomatoes), sagne ncannulate with tomato sauce and ricotta “scante” (strong ricotta) or ciceri e tria; there sare the recipes you will learn and taste during the cooking course.
The experience is hosted in the old town of Lecce, in an ancient building dating back to the late 1700s, with its traditional barrel ceiling.
