Cheese your and tasting put a nice finishing touch to our visit to Apulia. Very informational, to die for fresh mozzarella and burrata, lovely masseria. The light cheese and meats were obviously exceptional. Wished it was a smaller crowd but still very enjoyable. DO NOT LEAVE WOTHOUT TRYING THE VANILLA ICE CREAM.

We had a wonderful experience at Madonna Dell'Arco with Marco. He was very informative and extremely professional. I would highly recommend experiencing one of his tours. My four children, husband, and I did the cheese demonstration, pasta making, and lunch. We all enjoyed ourselves. It was one of the highlights of our trip to Puglia.

This was a delightful private wine tasting experience for my wife and I. Marco has a great set up going to produce his organic wine and we enjoyed learning how it was all made. The tasting was delicious and we were given plenty of time to relax and enjoy the options with some good nibbles to accompany. We were staying in Ostuni. Round trip taxi set us back 70 euros, which was worth it so we could both indulge appropriately.

Anbefales på det varmeste! Unik opplevelse på en liten gård i nærheten av Locorotondo. Vi lærte å lage pasta (orrechiette, strascinate og cavatelli) av nonna Fransesca. Marco forklarte underveis og supplerte med mye kunnskap om pastalaging, om Puglia generelt, etc. Avsluttet med et deilig måltid med både egenlaget pasta og lokale spesialiteter. Både vi foreldre og de tre tenåringene storkoste seg.

The mozzarella and burrata cheese demonstration was one of the highlights of our trip. Marco was incredibly patient with our toddler children and was extremely informative of the Masseria and cheese making process. The demonstration was excellent and we got to taste the cheese right after the demonstration and it was absolutely delicious. We then walked around the Masseria and saw the animals which the kids loved. Then while we had thought we already had the cheese tasting and thought the tour was over we sat down at a table for an incredible tasting of different cheese, cured meats, wine, bread and more. It was an amazing experience and one we would never forget. We would highly recommend.
