Mariana JordaoGreat host. Very patient and the tour was nice for us to start our holiday in Puglia. We understood a little more about the region and its historic context. The pasta making and cheese making chefs were very polite and good. The only drawback was that as we were non meat and alcohol drinkers. The substitute items were perhaps not as good. We could've done with some good veggie options at the end to sample.

Priscilla TanLocated within the walls of a traditional Trulli home, we enjoyed the wine tasting which was accompanied by several local cheeses, various sausages and homemade preserves presented by the owner couple. The tour included a look at the wine making premises and operations and a very informative presentation of the area wines by the proprietor, Marcus, himself. Highly recommend this opportunity!
Dale WeaverWe did the pasta making class followed by lunch at Masseria Pupino and hosted by Gaetano. This experience was an absolute highlight of our time in Italy. Gaetano was the perfect host. He knew ahead of time that my wife was pregnant and went to great lengths to ensure that all the food was suitable for her. Gaetano's masseria was beautiful and he allowed us to look around the grounds where he was growing fresh vegetables, grapes etc. The pasta making took place within the main building and we made 3 different shapes of pasta. What followed was an incredible meal made up of local Puglia dishes using local ingredients, all prepared by Gaetano who explained each dish to us. This was the best food we had whilst in Italy for 3 weeks, it really was beautiful. Gaetano was superb company and I would recommend this experience to anybody visiting the area. Thank you!
