The farm and animals were beautiful, the freedom to hang out with the animals was awesome, the tour was the perfect length (especially with kids in tow!), and the lunch was incredible. Definitely a memorable day for our whole family!

Josh MeltzI booked very last minute for a group of 6 of us and Marco was very accommodating. It was a wonderful experience and if you love cheese then it is a MUST do whilst you are in Puglia, Italy. We learnt so much more than expected and were well fed too, so go hungry. Would recommend to all in the area and would do it again!

We cooked under the guidance of the mother and grandmother of the house and prepared different kinds of pasta. They were extremely kind and patient. We enjoyed our meals on a beautiful terrace with some lovely wine. Would strongly recommend the experience!

Francois GuerinIt was a brilliant experience to join the Burrata cheese making workshop. Marco showed us around their farm and explain how they take care of animals there. It was one of my dream to learn burrata making but we could not book earlier because of many other appointments but he accepted us even one day before the workshop. The cheese tasted really good with wine and assorted salami! Thank you!
