\nThe itinerary winds among traffic-free rural paths, olive groves, sowing fields, wooded areas and gentle green hills.
\nAlong the way, you will discover the most authentic Apulian rural soul<\/strong>, with its small “contrade” (small settlements located in the middle of the countryside), ancient trulli and dry-stone walls.
\nDepending on the time of year, the colors of nature will reveal their magnificence, enhanced by strong contrasts. You can admire the green of the fields and the distinctive foliage during autumn and winter, the explosion of flower colours and Mediterranean scrub during spring and summer.
