\nThe museum hosts a large collection of ancient agricultural tools<\/strong> and a rich selection of photographs, thanks to which it is possible to discover the differences between ancient production methods and modern winemaking techniques.<\/p>\nThe making class<\/h2>\n
\nYou will have your own working station and all the necessary ingredients to prepare the dough. You will learn the dosage and techniques for kneading the dough and how the different Apulian fresh pasta shapes are made from it.
