You will comfortably seat around a table laden with a selection of fresh cheese, among which mozzarella and burrata, and seasoned cheese, such as the Apulian caciocavallo, cold cuts, such as salami and the capocollo from Martina Franca. These delicacies will be served with local bakery products (pane, frise and taralli) and Apulian wine.

Old masseria – Dairy farm
The experience with Marco and Terra Che Vive is great from the beginning to the end. Marco was very responsive when we were choosing a tour, providing clear, detailed and timely explanation.
The tour itself (cheese workshop) was very nice, Marco is knowledgeable and attentive, the farm we visited was great and the people working in the cheese department were very friendly! It was very interesting and fun.
The tasting was delicious and very generous.
If I come back to Puglia one day, will definitely try another experience with Marco.

Very good thanks Marco. It was nice to see the views from the farm but perhaps we could have seen the milking parlour first and chronologically i.e. from cow to milk to cheese. But it was a great experience. Thank you
Marco was very responsive since we sent the inquiry for the cheese tour. There were 4 of us at the tour and it was really interesting experience. We highly appreciate since the tour was in English. It was interesting to see how famous mozzarela and buratta are made. We experienced doing them by ourselves as well. Marco also explained about the history of the farm and the famous “trullas” and we had a walk among the animals on the farm as too. At the end we tasted the products of the farm – from the cheeses to the meat products, dessert and wine. It was not just tasting, we can say it was a meal, since it was really reach tasting. It was really a nice Puglian experience and we definitely recommend it to experience. Marco, thank you again for a nice experience we had at our holidays in Puglia.
