Take a tour of organic EVO oil production in an old masseria: the experience takes place in an ancient farm of the 18th Century whose old walls house an ancient hypogeous olive mill, a modern oil mill and a large centuries-old olive tree grove.
The flagship of this tour is the chance to visit two olive oil mills, an ancient and a modern one, and this will allow to appreciate the evolution in the production techniques. From the end of October to the first days of January, when olives are harvested, it is also possible to visit the modern olive mill, to see it working and to taste the new oil.
The final tasting, guided by an expert, is hosted inside the hypogeous olive oil mill (in case of bad weather conditions it takes place in a different suitable location).
